The first question you should ask yourself is:

Can I reasonably explain or show what I want?

If the answer is yes, great! Our service is going to be a good fit for you and we can continue.

If you feel like you need a phone call, meeting, advice or guidance on what to create for your business – Spade Design’s Unlimited Graphic Design package may not be the best fit for you and your brand at this time.​ However, we do offer a project-based graphic design package that will accommodate these types of projects.

Our packages do have some limitations that we want everyone to be aware of.

We DO NOT support the following types of requests:

• Video or Motion Graphics- can be handled as project-based requests
• Complex Animation
• Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
• Fillable or interactive PDF documents
• MS Word Documents
• Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation
• Digital Painting & Game Assets
• 3D / CAD
• HTML / CSS / UI / UX, Mobile or App Design – can be handled as web design/project-based requests
• Coding, Programming, or Development – can be handled on a project-based request
• In Graphic Design Essentials: File formats outside of INDD, AI, PSD / JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, SVG
• In Graphic Design Pro: File formats outside of INDD, AI, PSD / JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, SVG, GIF, PPTX
• Content Writing (eg: typing text from images, coming up with titles for your ads, doing research for your copy, etc. This must be provided in your request)
• Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against Spade Design’s core values
