What does unlimited graphic design mean?

Spade Design offers unlimited graphic design services. That’s right, it’s for real, and there are several of our customers that are already taking advantage of this service.

Before we go further into the details about this service, please note, you have to be on a qualifying package. If you are not on a qualifying package but would like this service, it can be added in an “a la carte” style. Just email us at support@spadedg.com.

Now, onto the good stuff. Our Unlimited Graphic Design service will allow you to submit unlimited graphic design requests and revisions. This is great to help build assets for your business. However, there are some things we want to explain so that you can get the most out of this service.

What Does Unlimited Graphic Design Mean?

Does it mean if you need a bajillion-kazillion-jillion designs, that you could send them all in and have us do the work?

The quick answer is a big:

We welcome any and all requests within our Official Scope of Design Service (not one at a time or a weekly limit!). Just remember that our throttle here on completing your bajillion-kazillion-jillion designs is turnaround time.

There’s no trickery here, but there is a caveat. We aren’t superhuman yet. So there is only so much work we can do for you in a certain amount of time. Although, we plan to do better with this as we grow.

We will get through your requests, one by one, first in first out. The requests you send to us simply form a queue in our ticket system. Our graphic designers work on one request at a time.

Just like everything else we do, our goal is to emphasize quality over speed.

What If I Need Something Yesterday?

This is where things get a little tricky. Since we work based on a queue of requests, we must account for the complexity of requests and how many requests we have in our queue. Therefore we typically complete a request in 3-5 days. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it’s longer.

If you have an emergency, we may be able to help you skip the line. Sometimes this means we have to pull a designer off of their current workload, if so, there may be a small fee to do this. Don’t worry though, just email us at support@spadedg.com after you submit your requests, and we’ll discuss our options. These are handled case by case.

What If I Need A Revision?

No worries! It is very common for a request to take two, three, or maybe more attempts to get it right.

This is covered in your unlimited graphic design package.

Your request will stay at the top of our queue until you have approved the final design. If a revision is needed, it will be worked on immediately, until it is exactly how you want it. Once you approve the final asset, the ticket is closed.
